Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the file has been delivered.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file, a failed delivery, or an incorrect file — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at purposeandpresence@yahoo.com and we will resolve the issue promptly, either by resending the file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Processing Times

Refund requests, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
